I broke down on the Coquihalla Hwy on the worst possible day. I was travelling home for my grandmothers funeral. BCAA sent a truck from Jamie Davis Towing, captained by Robert Muckwa and his partner Sherise. When they arrived I was suffering from my medical heart condition from the anxiety knowing I will be missing my grandmothers funeral. Their number one concern wasn't my car but my well being. They accommodated me and got me sorted and relaxed in the cab of their truck before they proceeded to their duty towing my car. We had 1.5-2 hr journey to get my car back to our farm to get fixed. Once I got my composure during our journey we got well acquainted and realised we had a number of mutual acquaintances through our mutual faith and friendships. It made me realise how small and how connected we really are in this country no matter what road we travel. This experience was a great reminder that the kindness, compassion and understanding we have of each other is what makes our country so great no matter where we come from. I would look forward to the day I cross paths with Mr. Robert Muckwa and his partner Sherise once again. They are a true asset to Jamie Davis Towing. Sincerely.

Robert Muckwa is a professional expert at his trade. He was proficient and safety minded over the top. He was very caring in his actions to get the job done safely. Bravo Robert and your wife whose name I regrettably didn’t get her name.

We were broken down on the Coquihalla and after calling in Bcaa for help, we were contacted by Jamie Davis towing to arrange pickup. We needed to be towed back to Surrey and it wasn’t a problem for them. The driver Robert Muckwa was very efficient and professional and we were very happy with the service we got. They are highly recommended

Rob and Sandy are the salt of the earth. They went above and beyond to help us after our truck broke down on the highway. Being stranded on the side of the road with all of your luggage and tired from driving is not a place anyone wants to be. They were on time and super kind and took care of us like we were family. Their kindness is unmatched!!

The valve stem of my rear wheel cracked when I was on highway 3, Sunday Summit. Called BCAA and they sent Robert Muckwa who's with Jamie Davis. He did an amazing job, was about a 146km tow and the bike didn't move an inch. Very pleased!

My wife was having heart issues, and pulled over just outside of Chilliwack, she called 911 for an ambulance. She had her 4 way flashers on, and Robert Muckwa from Jamie Davis towing pulled over to see if she needed help. He helped her so much, he made sure she was protected with his truck parked behind her with lights flashing. He was kind, compassionate, and professional.
He stayed with her until the ambulance arrived, and towed her car home for her with our BCAA membership. I am her husband, and I thank Robert from the bottom of my heart for being such a decent caring person. You are amazing, thanks again for your caring and kindness, much appreciated.
Nigel Gawthrop.
